We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or service failures of any third-party travel provider.
4. Pricing and Availability
All prices listed on our platform are subject to change without notice. While we strive to provide savings, exact discounts vary by season, location, and provider availability. Prices available through the platform may offer discounted or negotiated rates compared to publicly available travel prices. Actual savings vary by destination, provider, and travel dates.Bookings are not confirmed until full payment is received and you have received a confirmation email with a valid booking reference number.
5. Payments and Chargebacks
Members are responsible for all charges incurred under their account. In the event of a dispute, members must contact BlueCrown Club Inc. directly to find a resolution prior to initiating a chargeback with their financial institution. Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in immediate membership termination and legal action to recover lost funds and associated costs.
6. Intellectual Property
All content included on our website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BlueCrown Club Inc. or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or otherwise exploit any portion of our intellectual property without express written consent.
7. Referral Program Rules
