Once access is granted, you can browse offers and view member-only pricing, even if you have not yet booked any travel.

General Refund Policy for Membership Fees 4.1 Non-Refundable Once Access Is Granted Because membership provides instant access to proprietary pricing and a private platform: Membership fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. Limited Review for Cancellation Requests 5.1 7-Day Discretionary Review Window As a courtesy, BlueCrown Club may, at its sole discretion, review a cancellation request within 7 days of the initial membership purchase date, provided that: The member has not actively used the platform to access or review travel offers; and
No travel bookings have been made through the membership account.; and No travel bookings have been made through the membership account. Meeting these conditions does not guarantee a refund. We will review your account activity and inform you of our decision. When you book a travel product through our platform, you are: Entering into a direct agreement with the third-party provider; and Subject to that provider’s own cancellation, modification, and refund policies. 6.2 Provider Terms Control Booking Refunds Refunds, partial refunds, credits, or penalties for travel bookings are determined solely by the applicable travel provider and their policies, which may vary by product, rate type, and timing of cancellation. This means: BlueCrown Club does not control and cannot guarantee eligibility for any refund or credit from a travel provider; Any refund amounts, fees, or penalties related to bookings are governed by the third party’s rules. 6.3 Your Responsibility to Review Terms Before confirming any travel booking, you are responsible for: Reviewing the cancellation and refund terms displayed at checkout; and Ensuring you understand any non-refundable or partially refundable conditions and associated deadlines.

Contacting Support Before Disputes 7.1 Required Step Before Bank Disputes If you have a concern about a membership charge or believe there has been an error, you agree to first contact BlueCrown Club support before initiating any dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer.
